However, once you know how to change your inner self, then you can begin to observe patterns of thought patterns and begin to realize what they are telling you.

People today are so used to being able to just be what they are that they miss out on connecting with themselves. Many people also have a habit of focusing their attention inward, which is another sign of their own insecurities.
